GTM Engineer
LOCATION: REMOTE·TYPE: FULL-TIME OR CONTRACT
You ship GTM systems with an engineer's bias: clear owners, readable signals, and a weekly test loop. You sit next to the founder on installs - offer, channels, CRM handoff - and leave the client with something they can operate without us.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Install and wire GTM paths: signal-based outbound, LinkedIn/X/YouTube inbound engines, and speed-to-lead handoffs into CRM.
- Instrument inputs, owners, and outcomes so the weekly changelog is honest - not vanity reply rates.
- Run one-variable weekly tests with the client; record what changed and what held.
- Write ownership notes and operating logic so the system survives after hand over.
- Push back when a request is theater: no black-box funnels, no unreproducible "growth hacks."
WHO THRIVES HERE
- You have shipped real automation or productized GTM systems, not only slide decks.
- You can read a CRM and a sequence the way an engineer reads a codebase.
- You prefer small teams, direct feedback, and visible weekly progress.
- You care that the client owns the system - tools, playbooks, and data.
